Sparring Gear
 

Sparring gear is required in order for any student to begin sparring. The required gear includes:

- Head Gear
- Mouth Guard (with Brain Pad)
- Hand Guards
- Foot Guards
- Athletic Protector (for men/boys)
- Shin Guards (not required, but recommended)



Sparring Gear can be purchased at any local sporting goods store or it can be ordered online. A few sparring gear websites are listed here for your reference. We are not affiliated with these companies in any way.
